Digram Diagnosis is a personality assessment tool developed in Japan by Digram Lab, based on psychology and statistics.
Its foundation is the "Egogram" — a psychological test for personality analysis. Egogram is built on theories derived from Freud, who profoundly influenced 20th-century psychology. It categorizes human personality into five elements: CP (Critical Parent — strictness and discipline), NP (Nurturing Parent — warmth and empathy), A (Adult — rationality and logic), FC (Free Child — spontaneity and energy), and AC (Adapted Child — conformity and cooperation).
In addition to these Egogram personality elements, Digram Lab has independently collected survey data from over 370,000 people covering psychological tendencies, behavioral patterns, and personal preferences — combining all of this to create "Digram."
What sets Digram apart from typical fortune-telling or personality quizzes is that it quantifies each person's personality tendencies based on statistical data — for example, "among people who chose the same answers, 8 out of 10 exhibit this behavior." This is personality diagnosis grounded in real numbers, not intuition.
